French visa
shall be processed only by FEDEX. Following are the required documents
necessary for visa. Incomplete documents may result in delay of visa
processing

Passport with minimum 6
months validity – children must be holder of their own passport.
A
copy of the prominent pages, should be in A-4 size ( name, photograph)

Previous passports (

Two forms completely
filled with 3 ( recent) photos ( passport size 2 x 1.5 inches, white
background, taken within the last 6 months, no side pose, no hat , no
veil)

Introduction letter from
employer
·
Invitation letter from
the French company ( with complete program and exact dates of visit)
·
Salary slips ( last 3
months) or income tax documents for people owning their business
·
Chamber of commerce
certificate/Partnership deed
·
Company’s bank statement
( last 3 months)
·
Personal bank statements
( last 3 months)
·
Hotel reservation with
complete address and telephone number
·
Air ticket reservation (
shall be done individually)
·
Travel insurance policy
valid for all Schengen states, covering for a minimum of 30,000 euros,
issued by the following companies only:
