Pre-Fair Publicity
Guidelines
Dear Exhibitors and
Delegates,
We strongly recommend
you to initiate your pre-fair publicity for MIDEST 2007 now. Here are
some guidelines for you to follow:
§ Start emailing campaign by sending out emails to
prospective Pakistani as well as foreign customers telling them about
your presence at MIDEST 2007 and inviting him for a business meeting
during MIDEST.
§ Emails should be precise containing your
location at Pakistan Pavilion Hall 6, Stand 61, a brief introduction of
your company, your core competence and best products, technology and
machinery being used. Remember, a foreign customer is always keen to
know your capability and financial health of your company before
committing to proceed further with you. If possible, annual turnover in
Euros or Dollars may please be mentioned in a subtle way.
§ Export costing of your exportable products
is an important element in the overall affair of business development.
Kindly start working on this aspect so that you may be able to respond
quickly to such queries in your proceeding correspondence with potential
customer if he shows interest in your products.
§ You may also send out
company’s brochures/literature if requested by your potential customer.
It is heartening to note that most of you have developed quality
brochures which can readily be presented upon request.
§
Explore the MIDEST website and
look for cost-effective advertisement opportunities in MIDEST official
catalogues or other important magazines etc. This would need a bit of
working on the cost-benefit aspect of the matter.
§
You may also prepare especial
flyers for the event and can send out to your potential customers.
§
Think of other innovative ways
for pre-fair publicity of your company.
§
Remember, you have to do it
yourself and in a most effective manner.
