Exhibiting companies should provide top quality products in
appropriate packing for shipment. Maximum weight allowed for
shipment is 200 kilograms. Cargo exceeding 200 kilograms will be
charged at agreed rates between the Shipping Company and EDB.

The
name of exhibition, exhibitor, hall, stand and booth number, gross
weight, net weight and dimensions are to be mentioned on all
shipping documents and Cartons and every carton number should be
marked clearly.

If you
intend to get cargo back to origin please mark it on your box.
Brochures and give away items that shall not be returned to origin
should be packed separately

Empty
cartons after installing of goods at booth shall be organized by
Schenker. These will be returned to your stand after the show or
according to rules and terms of organizer

At the
end of show Schenker will arrange the return of goods to a place to
be stated by you. You can place your order for it in advance or
during the show in our on –site office directly.

you require using your exhibits and standing fittings on more than
one occasion in Le Havre you may benefit from Schenker Storage
facilities. Please contact Schenker on site office for more details.

No food
item is allowed to be mixed with the cargo otherwise it will make
procedure long and complicated and subject to special documents and
fines
