Documents for German Business Visa & Processing Fee

 

All the pages should not exceed A4 format

Following are the required documents necessary for visa. Incomplete documents may result in delay of visa processing

 

§         Travel within three years

§         Six months valid passport

§         Two application forms, typed and signed by applicant

§         Three photographs with white background and matt finished

§         List of children form and relatives residing abroad

§         Undertaking letter

§         Health insurance     (Must be Platinum plus and leaving on Pakistan date is minimum after 15 days gap and 1 photocopy of insurance would be required)

§         Letter of invitation from Germany, stating duration and purpose of visit

§         Letter of introduction from applicant’s company or employer stating his position and duration of employment

§         Hotel reservation and full address of hotel in case of attending a fair

 

     Please note that embassy might ask for additional documents if found necessary
